Meet Annie

Hello, I'm Annie and I am the founder and proud owner of Annie Elizabeth Cake Design. Based in Beverley, East Yorkshire, Annie Elizabeth Cake Design specialises in beautiful, luxury Wedding cakes, elegant Celebration cakes and Sugar flower focals.

Having previously spent many years in the performance industry as a dancer and having studied the art of dance at University, I am no stranger to letting my creative side flourish. After leaving University, I decided to focus my creativity into my love of baking and quickly started to learn everything I could about cake decorating and running a business. Fast forward six years, I am now living my dream, working with some of the most incredible suppliers and of course, the most amazing clients to deliver the wedding cakes of their dreams! I love nothing more than hearing all about your plans and being tasked with creating the perfect cake to compliment your special day.

My style incorporates clean, classy and contemporary designs with a sprinkling of elegance, romantic flair and a whole lot of love! I have extremely high standards and a very fine eye for detail which is reflected in all of my work. Sugar flowers are a particular speciality of mine adding a romantic, sophisticated finish and creating a truly show-stopping centrepiece for any reception.

I love bringing the ideas and concepts of my client's together, combined with my many years of experience and expertise to create exciting, bespoke creations.

In addition to my love for baking, I am a keen aerial artist and as well as a semi-fluent speaker of French.
